Where we ship

ShopItUp Sandbox ships within Canada only. Your delivery address must be in Canada; we do not ship internationally.

Processing & tracking

Orders are prepared and shipped after your payment is confirmed. You’ll receive tracking for your parcel by email and in your order details once it ships.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier — typically a few business days for domestic parcels — and are estimates, not guarantees. Transit times can vary with carrier volume, weather, and remote destinations.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we’ll help make it right.

Returns
